Florida Cleaning Contractors was founded in 2011. Our founder, Cornell Zet, after more than 25 years in the commercial cleaning industry filling rolls across the spectrum in the corporate world for several of the largest national janitorial organizations. We started with few, local small accounts and secured contracts with many clients in different industries and type of facilities, expanding throughout the Tampa Bay area.
